Mubasher: The Financial Corporation (FINCORP) completed the “formalities” to acquire Rasmala Investments Oman on 13 October, according to a bourse statement.
In mid-June, FINCORP entered in a strategic alliance with UAE’s Rasmala Holdings Limited to acquire Rasmala Investments.
